We're just wrapping up a Roof Tile Relay job. The customer contacted us with concerns about a minor roof leak. Fearing the potential damage of water infiltration, they wanted an immediate solution. To handle this, we used the robust Titanium FR tile underlayment, known for its superior tear, water, and fire resistance. We had a customer call that needed a roof inspection report for their insurance company. We came out the next day and inspected the roof. In our inspectors opinion the roof is approximately 20 years old. There is some evidence of degradation of composition shingles seemingly due to the lack of attic ventilation. There is also some evidence of damaged and missed ridge. We recommend to reroof the entire structure.

One of our previous customers called and wanted to get their roof inspected before the rain starts. After inspecting the roof, it is our inspector's opinion that the roof is in good condition. There are no visible leaks, and no repairs needed.

Customer called about some fallen tiles in their backyard. After inspecting the roof we noticed some rake tiles improperly installed and hanging off the side of their roof. Very dangerous! We replaced all broken tiles, reset, and secured all slipped tiles.

Our customer called about a leak from their roof. We found the area of concern to be in the valley above the leak. One of the most common sources of a leaking roof.

Our old neighbor, Roy Miller Painting, contacted us to look at his personal home to look at some issues with his patio. Easy fix!
